The Pineywoods Mitigation Bank was purchased by Pineywoods East Texas Investment Partners, LLC to capture a unique and attractive investment opportunity in the growing wetland mitigation banking market in East Texas on behalf of its investors.

The acquisition of the Pineywoods Mitigation Bank, the largest mitigation bank in Texas, reflects a shared vision to set a new standard of excellence in the stewardship, conservation, and commitment to best practices on the 19,079 acre site, which connects the Davy Crocket and Angelina National Forests.
